Italy

Sorry for the delay in updates, but with training and work, my free time has been significantly reduced!
We decided not to go to Italy this year! Given the amount of time I missed for my toe injury and the toll that European travel takes on the body, it's training that we just couldn't afford to miss at this point.
My opening dec will now be the NACAC Combined Events Challenge which has been moved to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic this year (May 25-26).
I'm headed to Clemson next Monday and Tuesday for selected events in their multi followed by a couple of individual events at Ga Tech that weekend.
I got a series of 5m poles from a friend of mine, Dean Starkey ('97 World Championship Bronze Medalist), that we jumped on this week. The good news is I progressed through these poles very quickly and it looks like we'll have to move to his next series soon (5.10m poles). For those of you who have no idea what I'm referring to with the poles, I apologize ;)
My body is feeling strong and healthy and ready for this season to get into gear.
I hope this finds you all doing well. Thanks for your continued support.

God Bless,

Chris
