USA's

Sorry for the long delay. I've been pretty busy lately with training, work and house hunting.
I'm headed out early tomorrow morning for USA's. The Dec is on Fri and Sat. I got a little banged up in practice on Thursday throwing the jav and have some tenderness in my adductor. I'm confident with another couple of days rest, it will hold up fine.
Looking forward to a quality competition as the field is very deep this year. It's exciting to see the level on the rise as we approach '08.
Hope this finds you all doing well and I'll try to be a little better on updating this more often.

P.S. Still don't have my vault poles from the Dominican. The last I heard, they were supposed to be shipped out yesterday for Indianapolis, but we've heard a lot of "lip service" recently.
