Just got back in town late this afternoon from Dallas, TX. The 2nd day of the multi was pretty good. I was running a pretty good hurdle race until I hit hurdle 8 pretty hard and then Ryan Olkowski in the lane beside me slammed hurdle 9 and went down pretty hard. I ended up crossing the line in 15.08.
In the first discus competition I threw 45.08m, then improved slightly to 46.05m in "round 2" (took 3-4 extra throws after).
I head back to the airport tomorrow for a flight to DC at 2:40pm. We have national team processing on Wednesday morning and then head off to Rio on Wednesday evening.
The decathlon schedule is as follows: (supposed to be televised on ESPN Deportes)

Day 1 - Monday, July 23 - 2:00pm (3:00pm ET)

Day 2 - Tuesday, July 24 - 2:00pm (3:00pm ET)
