day 1 just finished. we'll call it a pretty rough 4 events. just pretty tentative in mostly everything. currently in 3rd place 91 points out of 1st.......which is almost hard to believe.

60m - 7.25s

LJ - 6.65m - very hesitant on my penultament and just didn't have it. can't recall ever jumping even close to that bad before, but just have to play the hand I'm delt and tough it out.

SP - 14.11m - wasn't executing very well out of the back.

HJ - approach was all over the place. this event wasn't nearly as uncomfortable as the long jump and i was at least able to salvage a respectable mark of 2.07m

I'm not out of it by any means given the fact that the scores aren't really that high this year. Just going to press on and see what tomorrow brings. The crazy thing about the multi is that you never know........
