Update

Just to give a brief update on my ankle. I saw the doctor again on Friday. He again expressed just how pleased he was with the surgery and progress thus far. I hoped that meant I would be given the green light to start biking / swimming and getting back to work. Unfortunately, he wants me to be a little more patient and wait another week. I never thought I'd feel this good this soon so I guess it's best not to jump the gun here and listen to the doc ;) Been spending a lot of time working on flexibility, core strength, and a lot of other lifts doing whatever I can to maintain and get my heart rate up. Thanks for the many emails of encouragement and support that I've received throughout the past couple of weeks!
